SOUR CREAM DRESSING
Reading edition
1 C thick sour cream
½ C vinegar (scant)
1 t salt
½ t pepper
1 T sugar
1 T celery seed (op)
dash paprika (op)
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Store in jar in refrigerator. Celery seed may be added for variety. Very good on cabbage slaw.
