Wala’y igsoon; Sugilanong binisaya (Without a Brother: A Bisayan story) is a short novel, written in 1912 by Juan Villagonzalo, at that time editor of the Cebuano newspaper Ang Suga (The Lamp). It deals with the issue of migrant labour and the abuse and loneliness that comes with it, an issue still very relevant in Philippine society today.

This ebook is prepared from a copy present in the National Library of the Philippines, Manila (call number: Fil 899.233 V711w). Another copy can be found at the University of San Carlos Library in Cebu.
