SEQUIN BELLS (page 16)
You’ll need:
1 styrofoam bell shape, 2½″ high 3 yds. Wright’s Sequin Trim 9870, gold or silver 3″ diameter circle felt, red or green straight pins
To make:
1. Fit felt circle over base of bell, cut away excess at edges and for clapper. Pin to hold.
2. Pin sequin strip over edge of felt and wind continuously around bell to top covering styrofoam completely. Pin where needed to hold.
3. Pin sequin strip around clapper in same manner.
