GOLD FRINGE TREE (Illustrated on page 13)
You’ll need:
8 to 9 yds. Wright’s Metallic Fringe 9949 (P510), gold ¼ yd. Wright’s Metallic Braid 9957 (P509), gold 12 Jewels[1] 6″ Styrofoam cone Funnel (sprayed gold) 2½″ diameter Small finial for top
To make:
1. Starting at bottom of cone pin overlapping rows of fringe around cone completely covering it.
2. Pin jewels to tree for ornaments.
3. Glue row of gold braid around large rim of funnel.
4. Insert tip of funnel into bottom of cone and glue to hold. This forms base for tree.
5. Glue finial to top of tree for ornament.
