PAPER CUP BELLS (page 16)
Cover paper cups with colored gift paper and use various lengths of Wright’s decorative metallic trims to create charming bells to hang on a tree. Insert 6″ pipe cleaner through bottom of cup rolling lower end to form bell clapper and making hook in upper end to hang bell. One cup may be opened to use as a pattern for paper coverings. Trims used here are: 9900/44 (P502), 9885, 9957 (P509), 9900/65, 9997 (P515).
