Take any basket, paint it or line it, trim it tastefully and use it as a container to glamorize a gift of goodies such as cookies, jams, nuts, toys, soaps, etc. Decorated baskets will be treasured long after the contents are gone for mail holders, totes for small items, sewing supplies, etc. Trims make them special, use rows of metallic braids in combinations, rows of metallic rick rack in varying sizes, etc. Apply with glue. Fill baskets with crushed tissue and insert gift.
