You’ll need:
¼ yd. 345 Jumbo Rick Rack 9846 (P503).
To make:
1. Fold rick rack to half length.
2. Interlock by hooking “V’s” together.
3. Fold raw end in and roll on itself between fingers.
4. Tack end and underside to hold shape.
