FURNITURE POLISH.
Reading edition
Aqua Ammonia 4 ozs.
Turpentine 1 pt.
Linseed Oil 2 ”
Alcohol 1 ”
Warm Water 1 ”
Shellac 4 ozs.
Sulphuric Ether 4 ”
Thoroughly mix the warm water and alcohol, dissolve the shellac in this; add the sulphuric ether and mix thoroughly all together.
Should be well shaken when used, and applied with a sponge.
Splendid for old varnished articles.
