To touch the sleeping lids of Beauty Drawing thru finger-tips her dream—a birth Of hell and heaven for a nobler earth; This is the poet’s duty. To sleep with stars, to dream a flower, From passing shadows pluck profound relation, With a divine wonder at its emanation; This is the poet’s power.
