The Mutavel denotes a Commentary, the author of which is Sâad-eddin Taftarani (or “Tagtarani,” according to Herbelot), upon the work Meftah al alúm, “the Key of Sciences,” and which is entitled Talkhís al Meftah, “Explanation of the Key.”
