The articles of capitulation are in Hutchinson’s History of Massachusetts Bay, ii. 182-184; and the first volume of the Collections of the Nova Scotia Historical Society contains an ample collection of documents connected with the capture of Port Royal, obtained from the State-Paper Office in London, and covering forty-six printed pages.
