M. Desimoni’s paper is printed in the Atti of the Genoese Society, xv. 355-378. Mr. Brevoort was the first in this country to call attention to this Maggiolo map, in the Magazine of American History for February, 1882. He furnished a second article on the subject in the number of the following July. This map is given on a later page.
