For reasons of readability, the inside of the two-sheet "dust jacket" has been moved to the back. (The first four, unnumbered pages have been numbered -3 through 1 in the (anchors of the) HTML version.)
Added a missing quote mark between "en de Reformatie:" and "tot nog toe", after "Over de wijze van het brieven-schrijven", and after "ik verwierf hem"; removed an extraneous quote mark from "Iphigenia in Aulis".
Removed phrases that only made sense in the original paged medium, such as "Verdere pro's aan omzijde".
Normalised a single instance of "van Hutten" to the more common "von Hutten".
