Live Is one of several important corrections made with a pen in a copy of the first 4to, by some early possessor, who, as he has also inserted some additions to the text, had, in all probability, seen a manuscript of the piece.—Both eds. “Lay,” which, before the copy just mentioned came into my hands, I had altered to “Play.”
