Maj. in this regt., 5th Nov., 1825. Lt.-col. on unattached list 1836, served in the Pa. and in the Walcheren expedition. Was severely wounded at Waterloo, and is said, “to have lost five brothers in this battle.” D. at Hardway, Herts, 16th Sept., 1851, aged 61.
