105Eldest son of George Fludyer, of Ayston, co. Rutland, by Lady Mary Fane, dau. of 9th Earl of Westmoreland. Quitted the service in 1834. D. in Feb., 1856. His youngest brother (John Henry) succeeded to the Fludyer baronetcy in 1876.
