This officer’s name was Wm. Robert, and not as given in the 1815 Army List. Retd. on h. p. 22nd July, 1824, as capt. Eldest son of W.R. Phillimore, of Kendalls, co. Herts, by the Hon. Sarah Ongley, dau. of 1st Lord Ongley. Bn. 1793. M. Anna, dau. of W.A. West, and had issue. D. at Brighton, 30th Nov., 1846.
