A Swiss lawyer writes:—“The words spoken by M. Héridier in the sitting of the Grand Council on the 27th of January, in reply to a question asked by Deputy Odier, were the expression of the most direct encouragement to mob disturbances which has probably ever been heard from the lips of a magistrate.”
