The Salvation Army in Switzerland

Note 4 — Chapter II · Narrative of Facts.

Reading edition

I find no question so frequently asked in England in reference to this matter as the following: “but have not the Salvation Army given ground in Switzerland for the attacks made on them, by their processions, obstructions in the streets, noisy music, &c.?” I think it well, therefore, to further emphasize my reply to such enquiries by giving the following testimony, in the original, of a gentleman, an independent observer, in Geneva.
