In the chapter on "Artillery." So also, in the Authorised Version—"Jonathan gave his artillery (his bow and arrows) unto his lad, and said unto him, 'Go, carry them into the city.'" (1 Samuel, xx. 40.) It is curious that the words artillery and gun both belong to the pre-gunpowder period.
