Reading edition

This Prince died in 1731. His eldest Son, the Margrave Charles, succeeded him in the Grand Mastership of the Order of St. John; and had his Regiment of Foot in the Service of Prussia. Prince Frederic, his Royal Highness's second Son, had his Regiment in the Service of the States-General of the United Provinces; and the Count de Truchsses-Walbourgh, a Major-General, had his Regiment of Horse. He was sent to compliment Lewis XV. upon his Coronation; and afterwards on the same Commission to the Emperor at Prague. His Wit and Politeness were applauded at both those Courts.
