The Bamberg Agenda of †1597 (Lange, 93) has an Ordo visitandi sepulchrum which opens with directions for the construction of a sepulchre, which would obviously not be the case if the Depositio and Elevatio had preceded. Lange rarely prints more than the Visitatio, but of one group of texts he notes (p. 135) that the MSS. generally have also the Elevatio.
