Note 63 — Chapter XIII · GREENLAND VOYAGE OF HALL AND BAFFIN

Reading edition

In 1881 I first drew attention to a manuscript Report to the King of Denmark in the British Museum, with 4 maps (21 leaves, small 4to). It was printed for the first time in the Hakluyt Society’s volumes on Danish Expeditions. Probably when Hall left Denmark he did not send it in, but took it with him and presented it to James I.
