With Kādambarī he enjoyed many a pleasure, to which the yearning of two births gave an ever fresh17 and inexhaustible delight. Nor did the Moon rejoice alone with Kādambarī, nor she with Mahāçvetā, but Mahāçvetā with Puṇḍarīka, and Puṇḍarīka with the Moon, all spent an eternity of joy in each other’s company, and reached the very pinnacle of happiness.
