Rule of Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, April 10, 1775, Docket No. 7, page 291. Section 7 of the procedure act of May 25, 1887, P. L. 271, provides: “The pleadings in all courts to be subject to the rules of the respective courts as to notice of special matter.”
