The text here is corrupt, and is printed by Schweighauser—
Τοῦ δ' ἀγκυλητοῦ κόσσαβός ἐστι σκοπὸς Ἐκτεμὼν ἡβῶσα χεὶρ ἀφίετο,
which is wholly unintelligible; but Schweighauser gives an emended reading, which is that translated above.
