United States v. Cors, 337 U.S. 325, 333 (1949). In United States v. Toronto Nav Co., 338 U.S. 396 (1949) the Court reversed a decision of the Court of Claims which based an award for an obsolete Great Lakes car ferry in part on a capitalization of its prior earnings, and in part on isolated sales of similar vessels used between Florida and Cuba.
