Those missing are the British Legio XX Valeria Victrix, and I Minervia and XXII Primigenia from the Rhine. It is possible, however, that the ‘Primani’ who form part of the British field army (Not. Dign. Occ. vii. 155) represent Legio I Minervia. A ‘primanorum legio’ also appears at the battle of Argentorate. Ammianus, xvi. 12, 49.
