The Director should take advantage of every opportunity to get members of the class to ask questions. It is by this means that we are able to bring out the tactical points of the problems and make them clear. If no questions are asked, it is natural to assume that the members of the class understand everything that is under discussion, whereas many of them may not understand at all. The more questions a Director can get out of a class the more effective will the training be.
