All three are visible from the town of Needles. Ikumnau-tšumi is at the brink of the plateau that forms the eastern edge of the valley. Aha-kwi-nyamasave ("white water") is a large whitish depression—one of the four places at which Frog emerged after causing Matavilya's death. Hatoδike is a blackish ridge below this.
