Folgendes Beispiel dafür fiel mir vor Kurzem in die Hände: „The purser … returned at eight in the evening with … five pigs, one of which, the moment it was hoisted in, ran to the opposite gangway and jumped overboard; and though a boat went immediately in pursuit, it could not be found.
