Τόνδε σοὶ, ὦ μεγάλη σεμνὴ Πάνδημε Ἀφρ[οδίτη] [κοσ]μοῦμεν δώροις εἰκόσιν ἡμετέραις Ἀρχῖνος Ἀλυπήτου Σκαμβωνίδης, Μενεκράτεια Δεξικράτους Ἰκαριέως θυγάτηρ, ἱέρεια τῆς [Ἀφροδίτης], ... ...Δ]εξικράτους Ἰκαριέως θυγάτηρ, Ἀρχίνου δὲ μήτηρ.
