He alters the ἐξιδιοποιούμενος (cf. p. 415 Cr.) to κατιδιοποιούμενος—a fair proof of the inaccuracy of the scribe. Except for the inaccuracies noted, however, there is no statement in this summary which cannot be found in Book VIII, pp. 106-111 supra.
