Reading edition
This volume has much the appearance of having been printed in Holland. At the end of this edition of the Psalms is found “An Act for a publique Thanksgiving to Almighty God every yeare on the fift daye of November, enacted 5 Nov. 1605, composed into easie meeter, a songe meete for yong and old.” This metrical Act of Parliament is inserted at full length in the Appendix to Cotton’s List of Editions of the Bible, pp. 151-156.
