No less than eight canoos were found in draining Martin mere. Dr. Leigh’s Lancaster. A moss-deer’s skeleton found fourteen foot under ground in the fens by the river Witham, Lincolnshire. I saw part of a moss-deer’s horn at the Society in Peterborough, found in the fens there.
