Epistol. Philipp. ap. Demosth. p. 162. The oration of Pseudo-Demosthenes De Halonneso is a discourse addressed to the people on one of these epistolary communications of Philip, brought by some envoys who had also addressed the people vivâ voce. The letter of Philip adverted to several other topics besides, but that of Halonnesus came first.
