By and by he entered and married the chief-woman. He stayed with her for some time. Every evening there was a star at the rear of the house. He thought nothing about it. One day something passing under his pillow said: “Supernatural-being-who-went-naked, does the eating of black cod stick you here?”29 After some time had passed without his having thought anything about this, it said the same thing again.
