Note 124 — CICERO'S LETTERS TO ATTICUS BOOK XIII
Eric Otto Winstedt translation
Cato's daughter Porcia, to whom Brutus was to be married, and his mother Servilia, who being a partisan of Caesar opposed the marriage. Most editors however adopt Orelli's reading in utraque, in which case it would mean "though Brutus is attentive to both."
