Reading edition
"The Handwriting of the Kings and Queens of England," by W. J. Hardy (The Religious Tract Society, London, 1893). "Manuel de Diplomatique," by A. Giry (Paris, 1894). The latter is a veritable mine of wealth, and its 1,000 pages abound in all sorts of useful information concerning Royal and official documents. It may almost be described as a key to the archives of Europe.
