Go to some well-to-do citizen of your acquaintance, tell him just what you want for the children, and ask him to give you the money to buy it. The amount will be small, but the satisfaction to the children and to himself will be great. The children will make him a special booklet, dedicated to him as their helper. It shall be made by the best workers in the school. In twenty-five years I have never been refused when I have asked anything for the children.
