Note 9 — ADVICE TO THE PEOPLE,

This good Advice is enforced in a Note, by the Editor of Lyons, who observes, it should be still more closely attended to, in Places, where Rivers, Woods or Mountains retain, as it were, a considerable Humidity; and where the Evenings are, in every Season, cold and moist.—It is a very proper Caution too in our own variable Climate, and in many of our Colonies in North America.
