Stephen Woolriche was a Deputy-Inspector of the Medical Department. See Army List for 1815, p. 90. His name appears for the last time in the Army List of 1855-56. By that time he had gained a C.B., and held the rank of Inspector-General of the Medical Department on half-pay.
