The insane prejudice against Mr. Panizzi, because he was of Italian birth, which was exhibited some years ago by a number of grossly ignorant detractors, will no doubt be recollected. For ourselves, though we have not the honor of knowing him, we consider Mr. Panizzi a patriotic Englishman, and whether he is or not proud of England, England ought to be proud of him.
