Sousa, Aphor. Inquis., De Origíne, § 6.—The Relation de l’Inquisition de Goa by Dr. C. Dellon (Paris, 1688) giving an account of his sufferings there, is well known. It has been translated into Portuguese, with copious notes and documents, by Miguel Vicente d’Abreu (Nova-Goa, 1866), to whom we shall have occasion to refer.
