In Luther's "Von Ehesachen," Werke (Erlang., XXIII, 98), is another interesting passage forcibly describing the danger of bigamy through the confusion wrought by clandestine marriages. The passage is also in Strampff, Luther: Ueber die Ehe, 313 ff.; and it is partly quoted by Sohm, op. cit., 188, 189.
