Fourier’s first book, Les Quatre Mouvements, was published in 1808, and his last, La Fausse Industrie, in 1836. Owen’s earliest work, A New View of Society; or Essays on the Formation of Human Character, was published in 1813, and his last work, The Human Race governed without Punishment, in 1858.
