Among the advertisements at the end of The Romany Rye, 1857, three works (1) Celtic Bards, Chiefs, and Kings, (2) Songs of Europe, and (3) Kœmpe Viser, were announced as ‘ready for the Press’; whilst a fourth, Northern Skalds, Kings, and Earls, was noted as ‘unfinished.’
